Montebello is aged 8 years in small bourbon barrels for eight years. A secondary nose, fine, dominated by perfumes of hot sugar, spices, and burned wood. A flexible entry and delicately suave. Primary savors are associated with notes of vintage here: shades of Oak, toffee, and hot sugar. Pretty fruity finish, wooded, sympathetic. An original agricultural rum, as well by its freshness, tender and aromatic mouth that by its wooded final.
