Do you ship worldwide?

We ship planetrum goods all over the world to most destinations everyday from Guadeloupe F.W.I. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. It takes just a few days to deliver your order, wherever you are, however we don't like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc. If your shipping destination is not available, please contact us. I have just placed my order, what happens next?

We will start processing your order immediately. As long as the goods are in stock, they will be packed up carefully within five working days and sent off. Once we have received your order it's not possible to change or cancel it. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address it's not always possible to change it in time but please contact us immediately to see what we can do.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Some countries restrict specific types of food imports, or have new restrictions for incoming packages due to COVID, so unfortunately we are not able to ship our rums to the following places:

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping will be calculated at checkout, depending of your destination and weight.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking number.

Do I have to pay tax or import fees?

If your delivery address is France 20% VAT, French territories 8,5% VAT is included in your total price. Product prices for all other destinations do not include VAT but you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world.

What is your policy on refunds or returns?

We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely in good condition and in the original condition. In turn we would never send out used goods to you. When you purchase from Planetrum we guarantee that you'll get a brand new product. We are sure you understand that if we receive a used bottle or case from you, it will show and due to our strict guidelines we won't be able to accept the return. So in the unlikely event that you decide that the product is not for you after tasting it, we recommend to pass it on to a friend or try and sell it privately. We are also not able to directly exchange goods so if you decide you would like a different product you will need to return or cancel your order and place a new one. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, please email us immediately as we will need to authorize the return. Your return must be dispatched within seven working days from receiving the delivery. Return requests will not be accepted outside of this period or without the supplied return address label. Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will process a refund for the goods. If the return is despatched after seven working days we will issue a store credit only at our discretion. If you send back used goods they will be sent back to you at your expense. Shipping costs and import fees are not refundable. Please note that returns from outside the EU that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please send an email to our Customer Service department with your order number at sales@planetrum.com. Please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of time before your order ships out.

How do I change my order?

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Depending the status of your order, Please contact our Customer Service at sales@planetrum.com.

I have problems with receiving your emails, How can I solve that?

The instructions below should fix everything. 


Microsoft Outlook

  • From the “Tools” menu, select “Options”
  • On the “Preferences” tab, click the “Junk E-Mail” button
  • Click the “Safe Senders” tab
  • Click the “Add” button
  • Type planetrum.com into the field in the popup window, and click the “OK” button
  • Click “OK” on each of the previous pages to exit the Options windows
  • NOTE:If the images in our emails are being blocked, adding Planetrum.com to your “safe senders” list will also solve this problem.


Hotmail or MSN

  • Login to your email account
  • Click “Options”
  • Click “Junk Email Protection”
  • Click “Safe List”
  • Add Planetrum.com to the list  


Yahoo

  • Login to your email account
  • Click “Mail Options”
  • Click “Filters”
  • Click the “Add” button
  • Name this filter, then where it says “From header contains,” type Planetrum.com
  • Where it says “Then… Move the message to,” select “Inbox”
  • Click “Add Filter”


Gmail

  • Login to your email account
  • Click the “Spam” link on the left
  • Click on the email sent by Planetrum.com
  • Click the “Not Spam” button above the message


AOL

  • Login to your email account
  • Open your Address Book
  • Add “contact@planetrum.com” ou any other contact from Planetrum.com
  • Note: Make sure you check your “bulk senders” folder for the Planetrum.com confirmation email, where it says “show me mail from,” in your Mailbox.


Other Internet Service Providers

  • Safe List: Setting up your own safe list, which some e-mail systems allow you to do. Look for the safe list in the settings section, and add Planetrum.com. If you have to enter a complete address, use “contact@planetrum.com”. Some e-mail systems require a sender to be in your address book to keep the e-mail from being diverted to a “junk”; or “bulk”; mail folder. If your system has this requirement, add “contact@planetrum.com” to your address book.
  • Technical Support: Get in touch with technical support at your ISP or company and explain the problem. If they’re blocking e-mail from Planetrum.com, let them know that they need to stop. If after all of this you are still having problems, click here and let us know. Planetrum.com will see what it can do.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Our warehouses are moving and grooving! Usually orders ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for processing of your order. Delivery delay is depending of your country.

In times of high demand - like during the holidays - processing may take a bit longer.
