GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
• ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF CURRENT GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
By placing an order on the Planetrum website and clicking the "Proceed" button, you agree to all the current general sales conditions.
The laws of France govern this contract. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts where Planetrum’s official headquarters are located (Pointe à Pitre – French West Indies).
• ARTICLE 2: ORDERING
Once you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery details provided. The seller is not liable for any errors in the delivery address that result in the non-delivery of goods.
Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been received in full from the buyer.
All offers are subject to product availability and are valid only while stocks last. No obligations exist if the product has been sold out.
• ARTICLE 3: DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
The Rums and Punches are delivered in wooden cases or cardboard boxes containing 1, 2, 3, or 6 bottles to be handed over in a single delivery at the same address.
Planetrum is committed to delivering goods as quickly as possible. Average delivery times are specified in the product descriptions and may vary depending on the selected destination country.
Delivery will be made within the forecasted period directly to the address or, if the client is absent, by notification.
Any possible delay does not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, reject the goods, or claim damages. Any delays resulting from war, uprisings, fire, strikes, accidents, and the non-supplied products from the provider are considered to be due to circumstances outside one’s control, thereby releasing the seller from the obligation to make the delivery.
All liability for goods in transit corresponds to the address of the consignee. Always check the packages on arrival. You have 48 hours to claim any damaged or missing goods from the shipping company.
• ARTICLE 4: RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Planetrum purchase, please get in touch with us at support@planetrum.com.You may return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another product within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Note: Planetrum recommends using a carrier that provides shipment tracking for all returns. We also advise insuring your package or declaring its full value to ensure you are protected in case of loss or damage during transit. If you do not use a carrier with tracking or fail to insure or declare the value of your return, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred.
• ARTICLE 5: PRICES
Prices are listed in both euros and U.S. dollars.
Prices shown in product descriptions do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
The price stated in the Planetrum order confirmation is the final price, inclusive of all applicable taxes and VAT. It covers the cost of goods, maintenance, packing, storage, and shipping.
• ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
Goods may be paid for by credit card, check, bank transfer, or secure payment via PayPal. If paying by check, it must be issued in euros after Planetrum accepts your order. An invoice will be sent to the billing address you provide.
All purchased goods remain the property of Planetrum until full payment has been received.
• ARTICLE 7: LAWSUITS
All complaints and claims will be handled promptly and in good faith, recognizing the client’s effort to communicate any concerns.
In the event of a dispute, the client must first notify the company to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Trading Courts of Pointe-à-Pitre (French West Indies), regardless of the delivery destination or payment method.
• ARTICLE 8: LEGAL INFORMATION
Alcohol abuse: Consuming alcohol in excess is harmful to your health. Please drink responsibly and in moderation.
