Pyrat rum is crafted from a blend of meticulously selected aged rums—some matured up to 15–16 years—sourced from several Caribbean regions, with a significant influence from Guyanese rum stocks. Production involves aging rum stocks in a combination of American oak and French Limousin oak casks, some of which are specially toasted to impart extra richness, layers of vanilla, and pronounced woody notes.
