Where we ship
We currently deliver to Metropolitan France, EU countries, French overseas territories, selected international destinations. Some regions may have specific alcohol delivery rules.
When your order arrives
After dispatch, typical delivery times are: Domestic 2–3 business days, EU 5–10, International 5–12. Peak periods and customs may extend these estimates.
Standard & Express shipping
Choose reliable Standard delivery or faster Express options at checkout. Carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost. Some services may not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Preparation & cut‑off time
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Same‑day dispatch applies to orders placed before 21H:00 (business days only).
Delivery costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method. Orders above €500 may qualify for free shipping.
If you’re not home
Carriers usually make 1–2 attempts. If missed, your parcel may be held at a pickup point for 2 days before returning to sender.
Age verification
Alcohol is delivered only to persons of legal drinking age in their country/region. Couriers may request a valid ID upon delivery.

Safe place & instructions
You can add delivery instructions at checkout. For alcohol shipments, a signature by an adult of legal drinking age may be required—no unattended drop‑offs.
International shipments
Orders sent to certain countries may incur customs duties, excise taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
