14‑Day Return Policy
You can return unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain sealed and in their original packaging.
Products That Qualify
Only unopened bottles and merchandise purchased directly from our online shop are eligible for return. Perishable or personalized items cannot be returned.
Simple Steps
Contact our team at support@planetrum.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label if applicable.
Once We Receive Your Return
After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If Something Arrives Broken
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
