Bologne VO Agricole Rum is aged in French oak for a minimum of 3 to 6 years. Beautiful mahogany color. Very soft and aromatic-complex this fine rum offers aromas of woody vanilla, cinnamon, floral notes, and dried fruits. Its taste is smooth and generous, with hints of dried apricots and figs. Though it has a light mouthfeel, the flavors linger, making it ideal as a neat sipper and cocktail base.
