Bundaberg Master Distillers Dark Oak Rum

Bundaberg Master Distillers Dark Oak Rum is another limited edition rum released by Australia's iconic distillery, Bundaberg, and made with hand-selected rum reserves matured in charred American Oak barrels. The idea behind this latest Master Distillers' edition has been inspired by the local cooper who created a set of unique, heavily hand-charred American oak barrels for the Bundaberg team to try. Since 1970, the Bundaberg Distilling Company has aged Bundaberg Rum in handmade oak vats built by local Bundaberg Cooper David Schmeider. This release is inspired by David, who handcrafted the original oak barrels used to create this rum.

Bundaberg Distilling Company Bond store manager Haydn Jobson said rum fans were sure to enjoy the Barrel House's latest creation. Dark Oak will be the fourth limited edition bottle released from the Bundaberg Master Distillers Collective.
