In 1888, an enterprising group of local cane farmers got together to form the Bundaberg Distilling Company. Standing the test of time, Bundaberg remains the home of Australia's rum, with every drop distilled, aged then bottled amongst its sun-drenched canefields. This is how Australia makes rum.
Bundaberg Overproof Rum is made from best sugar cane from the North Queensland, aged for a minimum of 3 years in American oak barrels. Soft and full-bodied, with fine molasses-malty flavor, slightly sharp note and great intensity.
