Damoiseau Cœur d'Or

Damoiseau Cœur d'Or is made from the juice of freshly cut sugar cane and distilled in traditional copper pot stills, matured for three years in oak barrels in the cellars of the Bellevue distillery.

Deep golden color with some minor sediment evident. Fruity and fresh premium rum. Light, dry entry is followed by notes of citrus fruits, apricots, and sweet spices. It finishes keenly dry, fruity, and lasting.
