Depaz Hors d'Age Millésime 2002

Depaz 2002 vintage is the result of 11 years of age at least in selected oak casks and took all its character from fertile volcanic soil. Great nectar for all rum lovers. 

Beautiful golden color, the Depaz 2002 Hors d'Age has a mild, pleasant taste, in which you can taste the sweetness of sugar cane juice. The nose abounds with dried apricot, anise, orange peel, and black cherry; the complex flavor profile is marked by notes of candied fruit, black pepper, white wine, oak, and a whisper of anise. The palate is beautifully balanced, smooth, and complex, with soft citrus, tropical fruits, and nutty aromas with delicate wood tannins. The finish is smooth and elegant, reminding you of the grand tradition of this exceptional rum.
