Depaz Single Cask 2003

Depaz 2003 Single Cask has been matured in small French Limousin oak barrels of 55 liters which previously matured Cognac. Distilled in 2003, the exclusive bottling in February 2017 gave 670 bottles. All bottles carry a single numbering.

Medium dark amber color. Rich, complex, oaky aromas and flavors of pencil shavings, chocolate, dried banana and mango, and delicate spices with a glycerous, soft, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, subtle, medium-length coconut water, minerals, and vanilla cream finish. A very smooth and elegant sipping rum.
