Domaine de Séverin Vieux VSOP is an agricole rum made from fresh sugar cane juice from Domaine de Séverin on Guadeloupe, aged for 5 years in oak barrels.

Beautiful honey color. An elegant nose, well-marked by ripe banana and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, rich attack, but with admirable overall finesse. The palate is well melted, marked by exotic fruits and vanilla, with a tiny hint of caramel. It coats the palate with no heaviness, and the final is persistent with finesse.
