El Dorado Single Barrel Rum EHP is a single barrel rum produced in the last remaining wooden Coffey still in the world at Enmore. One of three single barrel rums in the El Dorado range, each from a different distillery. A complex rum with caramel, vanilla, leather, and tobacco notes. Butterscotch nose blended with roasted coconut and apple. An initial taste of baked peach and coconut with a smoky cedar finish. Excellent mouthfeel.
