Elements 8 Barrel Infused Spiced Rum is a premium rum and is the result of eight individual elements - environmental, cane, water, yeast, distillation, tropical ageing, blending and filtration - that are in perfect harmony with each other. When combined the individual elements impart their unique characteristics, flavours and smoothness.
Elements 8 Barrel Infused Spiced Rum is a complex combination of pot and column still distillation. The blend of rums are married with the 10 spices and infused within the once used Bourbon barrels. This process is akin to different barrel finishes seen in the whisky world where blends are finished in sherry, port and Madeira casks. The result is a harmonious balance of 10 St Lucian fruits and spices expertly married with fine aged rum.
