HSE 2007 Small Cask

HSE 2007 Small Cask rum has been aged eight years in small Limousin oak barrels of 55L, which allowed it to evolve rapidly towards greater complexity while keeping the "spirit" of a younger rum.

Golden amber color. Fruity, spicy aromas of fruit cake and spiced toffee with a supple, lively, fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, very long caramelized fruits, rich baking spices, smoked nuts, and pepper finish. An extremely robust and flavorful rum with great fruit and delicate smoke.
