HSE Extra Old Rum Sherry Finish is aged for six years in oak barrels, following the purest tradition of aging by Habitation Saint-Etienne. It is then finished in Sherry casks originating from Ian Mac Leod Distillers cellars in Scotland. The amber color of this 2002 vintage has beautiful mahogany reflections. The sherry finish confers elegance and an exotic touch with roasted aromas of cocoa and cooked fruit. Hints of spice and sugar from the sherry are also present.
