Saint-Etienne Extra Old Rum Small Cask is a blend of selected 'Rhums Agricoles' aged a minimum of six years in small French Limousine oak barrels of 55L. Due to the small barrel size, the aroma of Saint-Etienne Small Cask is distinguished by intense, woody Bourbon cask notes mingled with coffee and chocolate. The vanilla and coffee flavors on the palate are mingled with spicy candied exotic fruit and bee wax. It is best appreciated at the end of a meal as a digestif, as one would enjoy a fine cognac, Armagnac, or single malt whisky. This rum represents the actual skill of the rhum's art.
