J.M. Triple Vintage 2003-2004-2005 is a rare edition of Rhum J.M., a set of thousandths of years 2003 - 2004 - 2005 assembled in a single Cuvée produced 13,000 bottles of authentic and rare. During the 15 years and over-ripening necessary for making this Rum, almost 70% of the initial volume of barrels evaporates. Subsequently, the remaining Rum is set in "steel barrels" to preserve the aromatic balance of all time, waiting to be bottled. The slow maturation and the process of creation of Couve make this Rhum J.M. a set of thousandths of years 2003 - 2004 - 2005, an exceptional product. Dark amber color. Lively, roasted aromas and flavors of roasted nut brittle, sweet and pickling spices, geranium patch, and sarsaparilla with a velvety, shy, dry-yet-fruity medium body, and a tingling, interesting, medium-length pencil shavings, sweet cream, wet limestone, and blonde tobacco finish. A very smooth, elegant, and mellow sipping rum.
