J.M. V.S.O.P. Agricultural Aged Rum is aged three years in re-charred Bourbon barrels and another year lightly in toasted new American oak casks to achieve its journey. Illustrious mahogany color, smooth, well-balanced flavor, and soft lingering finish. The glorious V.S.O.P. is finally reduced to 43% A.B.V. with pure volcanic spring water from Habitation Bellevue to create an extraordinary aged rhum that retains qualities of Habitation's natural terroir and sugarcane Bellevue. Expect to find nougaty richness with cinnamon and clove aromas, flavors of spiced butter, and lemony toffee, leading to a smooth and subtle finish.
