La Mauny Rhum Blanc Agricole 'Pur Jus' 40°

La Mauny Rhum Blanc Agricole 'Pur Jus' is white Agricole rum obtained by fermentation and distillation of pure sugar cane juice.

Crystalline color. The aroma is at once bright and complex, with floral, spice, citrus, and anise shining through. A citrus flavor is quickly followed by the piney juniper, cinnamon, and cardamom. Fresh green herbs are present as well, but delicately so. It is an exotic, fragrant, and characterful rum with a smoothness that appeals to all and is the ideal base for light, full-bodied, flavorful cocktails. Still, it could and should be experimented with in modern cocktail applications. Bravo!
