Millonario 15 Years is distilled in Scottish column stills and matured using a solera system of American oak casks; it is amazingly sweet.
A rich, persistent nose of candied fruit, prunes, and cloves. Tasting butter toffee and sultanas, Demerara sugar, and even cola. The well-balanced sweetness first coats the mouth but slowly fades away, leaving the palate clean. After blind tastings at Royal Mile Whiskies, the team was highly impressed and described it as a “damn quaffable, very moreish” drink.
