Saint James Cuvée 240th Anniversary is an extraordinary rum that celebrates the company which made its founding in 1765. A lovely, rare example of a long-aged Agricole rum, St. James Cuvee's 240th anniversary is bursting with lots of fruity flavors. The rum is presented in a handsome and chunky decanter bottle; this divine rum is just the ticket for a mid-afternoon drink when reading poetry on the veranda of one's Caribbean villa. On the palate, this rum offers a transient attack wooded unfolds quickly warm and fat. In equilibrium with the nose, there is a dominant fruity with aromas typical of St. James, which persist with fruit brandy notes (cherry, plum). Tannins' slight presence during the attack contributes to its long finish.
