Saint James Blanc 55° is a powerful white Agricole rum distilled from fresh sugar cane juice on Martinique by one of the island's greatest producers. Superb for long drinks.

Pure and crystal clear color. The nose with the presence of freshly cut sugar cane aromas. Extremely aromatic. Aromatic complexity is specific to fresh sugar cane juice (floral notes, fruity notes, slightly peppery and spicy notes. The palate is clean, mellow, and warm with initial taste—a good perception of typical fruity aromas in the aftertaste. Good length.
