Saint James Royal Ambré

Saint James Royal Ambré is matured in oak casks for 12 to 24 months.

Clear, pure, and warm amber color. The nose is round, elegant, original, and distinctive. Aromatic complexity typical of cask-aged agricultural rum (floral and fruity notes of white rum, spicy notes, hints of notes of aging). The palate is smooth at the initial taste, followed by the warmth and roundness of the alcohol. Excellent combination of raw materials and wood (developed sugar cane juice, clear presence of the wood). Harmonious and very pleasant on the palate with good persistence. How to appreciate it?
