Trois Rivières 2001

Trois Rivières 2001 Vintage Single cask was aged for 12 years in a French Oak Barrel, which the master cellar of Trois Rivières has carefully selected. It produced a limited number of numbered bottles.

Dark amber color. Attractive aromas and flavors of saddle leather and mint oil, butter roasted grains and nuts, and banana-fig cake with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, complex, long cashew nougat, fruit cake, dulce du Leche gelato, and tobacco finish. An exquisite, leathery rum with a deliciously creamy, fruity center.
