Trois Rivières Cuvée Anniversaire 355 Ans
Trois Rivières rum gets its name from the three rivers, Bois d'Inde, Oman, and St. Pierre, which border the original estate that Nicolas Fouquet, The Superintendent of King Louis XIV in 1660, first established. The Plantation, in the far South of Martinique, benefits from an exceptional geographic location that gives the rhums their character and rich flavor. The sugar cane grows in clay soils rich in magnesium, while its roots bathe in seawater. That gives the rhums their high sugar content and unique, refined, and diverse flavor profile.
Trois Rivières White rum Cuvée anniversary 355 years, is an AOC Martinique agricultural rum made from high-quality pure cane juice. It celebrates the 355th anniversary of the estate, which became a property of Trois-Rivières in 1894. It is packaged in a special bottle. This exceptional white rum cuvée anniversary, 355 years, is equipped with a strong character, perfectly reflecting the talent of Trois Rivières Master Distillers.
The nose is clean and elegant, with a lovely waft of citrus and stone fruit. Punchy but refreshing. The zingy citrus notes continue to the palate, joined by freshly cut grass, ginger, and lemongrass. Very refreshing. Very long, smooth, and clean finish.
